Welcome to Care Wisconsin, a community nonprofit organization that offers publicly-funded programs for the frail elderly and adults with disabilities.  Founded in 1976, Care Wisconsin began as an adult day center in a church fellowship hall.  Today, we serve more than 4,900 members through our Family Care and Partnership programs in south central Wisconsin.  Our service area includes Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green Lake, Jefferson, Marquette, Ozaukee, Sauk, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha and Waushara counties.
