Care Wisconsin operates two Adult Day Centers for older persons with medical, physical or cognitive disabilities. The Gathering Place is Dane County's only day center exclusively dedicated to older adults with Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss. Connections is for older adults with medical conditions, physical disabilities, cognitive concerns, or difficulties functioning at home alone.
