Home Care Administrator 1 Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Position (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm) Under the direction of the Director of Program Operations, the Home Care Administrator position is responsible for operations and resource planning, fiscal and budgetary oversight, evaluation of services, support of new program development and implementation, and direct oversight of the Home Care department. The Home Care Administrator plays a primary role in ensuring good integration of operational activities between clinical programs, the Home Care department, and other departments, as appropriate, within Care Wisconsin. The Home Care Administrator is also responsible for evaluating home care services being provided by contracted providers, understanding the home care needs of Care Wisconsin members in all programs and identifying new ways to meet those needs in creative, cost effective and efficient manner. Requirements: - Minimum of five years experience in planning, program operations, budgeting and personnel management in a clinic, hospital, service agency, or similar setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Possession of a valid, State of Wisconsin driver’s license.
- Knowledge of and ability to use computer applications as used in the analysis of data, writing, and presentation of information.
Preferred: - Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, or related area.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
