IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:  New Billing Address

The billing address for claims submission changed on June 1, 2011.  Please mail all your claims/bills/invoices to this new address.

The reason for this change is that the division of our third party administrator that receives and scans claims into the system has changed location from Texas to Maryland.

Here are a few things to remember:

• If you forget and send a claim to the old address after June 1, please do not re-submit the same claim to the new address.  This may result in claims delays or denials. 
• Starting July 1 going forward, claims mailed to the old address will be forwarded to the new address, taking longer to pay as a result. 

If you are currently submitting drug claims to PharmaStar, there will be no change.  Also, Partnership members were issued new Member ID Cards with the new billing address.  Family Care members do not have separate Member ID cards and will continue to use their MA Forward Cards.
