Outreach and Enrollment Representative– Dodge County
1 Full Time (1.0 FTE) position (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm)
Under the general supervision of the Outreach and Enrollment Services (OES) Manager, the Outreach and Enrollment Services Representative (OESR) position is responsible for initial intake activities, referral set-up and enrollment processing, and completion of initial and ongoing financial eligibility certification for participants in Care Wisconsin’s Partnership program. The OESR will provide support, education and referral to participants and their families/caregivers/case managers, all aimed at ensuring the timely and continued enrollment of participants into Care Wisconsin programs. This position is also responsible for OES data entry and reporting and other responsibilities related to OES functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field or four years equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a health care, long-term care services, or health insurance setting required; managed care experience preferred.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Dane County health care system and aging resources.
• Knowledge of Social Security Benefits.
• Knowledge of terms and codes specific to the health care and health insurance industries.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, intake, social service/aging agencies or member services.
