Medicare Dual Advantage
The Care Wisconsin Medicare Dual Advantage (HMO SNP) is Medicare Advantage program for people who have both Medicare and Medicaid. The plan covers all Medicare services and includes:
- Prescription drug coverage.
- Your own care coordinator.
- Assistance and answers to your Medicare and Medicaid questions and needs.
- Extra help at times when your health is most at-risk and for complex health issues.
- Medicare and Medicaid expertise from an organization that’s been helping people just like you for 40 years.
Care Wisconsin Medicare Dual Advantage is a HMO SNP with a Medicare Advantage contract and a contract with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the Medicaid Program. Enrollment in Medicare Dual Advantage depends on contract renewal.
This plan is available to anyone who has both Medical Assistance from the State and Medicare.
