Request for Applications: Building Full Lives Community Initiative

The Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (WI BPDD) is seeking three organizations interested in receiving support in their service transformation efforts through the Building Full Lives in the Community initiative.

Building Full Lives in the Community is an initiative coordinated by WI BPDD with vocational and day service providers who want to engage in service transformation to decrease or eliminate facility-based services and increase individualized, meaningful community-based services and Competitive Integrated Employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

Grantees receive coaching and mentoring, training and technical assistance, and learning collaborative membership to replicate a person-centered community-based day service model; develop program budgets; effectively communicate change to individuals, families, and other partners; manage change within the organization; and more.
