For Medicare & Medicaid Members
If you are a Partnership member with both Medicare and Medcaid, your ID card will have the MedicareRx logo on your card.
For Medicaid Only Members
You are a member of Partnership with Medicaid only if your ID card only has the Care Wisconsin and Partnership logos.
