Strong, Local, High-Quality Provider Networks
Did you know that Medicare is issuing new member cards?
Medicare will be rolling out new member cards over the next few months to better protect people's Social Security numbers (or other personally identifying numbers). The new numbers will be unique Member Beneficiary Identifiers (MBIs). It's important that you take steps in your business to account for this change. Care Wisconsin will be updating these member numbers in our own systems. Visit the CMS website for more information on this change!
Are you looking for a list of providers?
Care Wisconsin works with frail seniors and individuals with disabilities in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
We help members assess their needs and connect them to the health care and long-term care supports and services they need. We partner with more than 1,800 contracted long-term care providers and health care systems, provider groups and practitioners through our programs:
- Members in our Family Care program access our long-term care network.
- Members in the Medicaid SSI and Medicare Dual Advantage programs access our acute and primary health care network.
- Members in our Partnership program access providers in both our long-term care network and acute and primary health care network.
