“I have been at Care Wisconsin for 15 months now and have been thankful ever since the first day I arrived! I am blessed to work with such a great team in the HR / Organizational Development department at Care Wisconsin. We are surrounded with brilliant, funny, positive people. Every day is a positive learning experience, and from what everyone tells me that learning continues for years here!

My role here is to help us create processes that will allow us to identify and hire the right talent as efficiently as possible, and then to continue to explore ways to retain the people who do such great work here. Along with that, I have a passion for providing great internal customer service. Creating positive results and hopefully creating a positive customer experience for our managers and candidates is a lot of fun.

Connecting my role to our mission and ultimately to our members has been a deeply rewarding experience. I get up in the morning and know that in some small way I might be helping our staff, and by doing so, helping our members. That’s all I need for daily motivation! Besides that, the coolest thing about my role is finding those great candidates that are passionate about helping others. When I do, it’s so easy to show my excitement about Care Wisconsin. When I hear them joining in the excitement about who we are and what we do, I know we’ve got a great fit!

Another great part of my role at Care Wisconsin is getting to know all of the great people who work here! Saying hello 30+ times a day to kind, smiling people is infectious! It is truly inspiring to get to know so many people from all walks of life, and join in their enthusiasm for Care Wisconsin.

We are always interested in meeting RNs and Social Services professionals (and really any professionals) who have a passion for helping vulnerable people in our communities.”
