We’ve been busy! Our staff have been working hard to meet with our members and stay involved in the Care Wisconsin community as the holidays and year-end approach. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to feature an employee last week, but we’re going to do our best to play catch-up!
Each week at Care Wisconsin, we want to celebrate and introduce the vibrant, extraordinary people that help make our world go ’round! We respect and value the stories shared with us. Meet Scott, a Dedicated Functional Screener in the Dane County Office.
“…I am a proud employee of Care Wisconsin. As a Dedicated Screener I get to meet our members and see the impact we make in their daily lives, which reassures me that I am working for a company that values its employees and community.
I am very proud of my participation in CareQ, the official LGBTQ+ employee resource group of Care Wisconsin. CareQ is comprised of employees who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer ‘+’, or allies of these populations. This employee resource group was created to help develop and maintain a workplace which embraces the diversity and value of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am so proud to be part of an organization that so openly supports diversity and inclusion for its employees and people they serve!”
Thanks for sharing your story with us Scott! We’re lucky to have you here!
